Youth Conference recap

Dream Deserts is the system youth fall into where they do not follow their dreams due to a lack of resources, knowledge, and support from peers, family, and other adult figures. From this youth begin to fall into the survival stage. Youth will begin getting involved in street life, getting a min wage job, going to college for a career "hyped" by society, or not doing anything at all.
